RICHARD L. GOLDBERG, senior partner and principal trial attorney, has been with the firm since 1989. He devotes much of his time and attention to the preparation and ultimate trial of the firm’s medical malpractice and significant personal injury and wrongful death cases. Richard graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981, and from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1985; he is admitted to practice in all State Courts in New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island), as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association),The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, for whom he has lectured, and the Brooklyn Bar Association, where he serves on the Medical Malpractice Committee. BONNIE B. BERGER is a partner at the firm. Bonnie graduated from the University of Rochester in 1981, and received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. She is admitted to practice in all State Courts in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court in 1993. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The Brooklyn Bar Association.
